Privacy
No cookies, no profiling, no resale.
What we collect
The standard technical logs of the host and the cache (IP, user agent, page visited), and an anonymous audience measurement described below. No Google Analytics, no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels.
Audience measurement
The site uses Plausible Analytics, a European tool built for privacy: no cookies, no personal data retained, no tracking from one site to another. We see aggregated figures (page views, origin, device type), never people. The only event counted: a click on the contact address, with no personal data attached. The data is hosted in the European Union.
What happens to your emails
When you write to bonjour@bamlab.ch, your message is kept for as long as the conversation requires. No email is ever resold, passed on or used for anything other than a direct answer from Nicolas.
nFADP / GDPR
The processing of your data complies with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
