Before proposing a site, an app or a tool, I look for the founding question: what makes you truly distinct? It is not a brief, it is an inquiry. The answer becomes the backbone of the project.
Coded
Everything is custom-built: structure, typographic grid, animations, code. No resold template, no dressed-up theme. The initial cost is higher than an off-the-shelf solution. Over two years, it is lower. Over five, there is no comparison.
Delivered
Delivering means showing. No jargon, no unreadable dashboards: full visibility on status and decisions. External collaborators (photography, illustration, sound, translation) are credited by name. And I commit less often, but for longer.
